Intel Core i9-13900H, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and a 1TB NVMe SSD. If I had $800 to blow on hardware, this would be what I'd buy as a solid hypervisor box. All the advanced networking an admin could ask for, stupid fast i/o and a monster processor.

What I would run: Docker and Proxmox
